James Reid and Nadine Lustre, popularly known as JaDine, once again proved the palpable power of their love team to thousands of fans from all over the world. Always JaDine, brought to Dubai by FRONTROW Entertainment (co-produced by Wilbros Live and Viva Live) comprised of JaDine fanatics from around the globe – including different states of the UAE and reaching as far as the United States. It was in the Dubai World Trade Center last May 5, 2017 that the popular Filipino reel and real-life duo rendered their second live performance in Dubai and left audiences in awe.
Surprisingly, the massive crowd brought together by FRONTROW Entertainment’s first ever international venture also attracted audiences of extremely various ages! There is no exaggeration to the word “extreme” as I witnessed JaDines below the age of ten, above the age of forty, and all ages in between, scream, sing and wave their LED lights in the air. Especially towards the part where the celebrated love team performed their famous hits like Bahala Na. The action-packed show, which took off with the duo’s song and dance version of Jonas Blue’s Perfect Strangers and Bieber’s (who happened to also be performing in Dubai the following day) Let Me Love You, immediately made it known to audiences that there was so much more in store for the evening. With the awesome dance moves of G-Force and the hilarious lines of Comedian/ Host Chad Kinis, together with JaDine of course, it really was an entertaining show.
When asked what sets Always JaDine apart from their past shows at the previous day’s press-con, Reid revealed “I’m singing my original compositions and I’m really really excited about this”. The young and talented heart throb is set to release his new self-produced album entitled Palm Dreams very soon. Rather timely for his 24th birthday on May 11… which explains the gigantic, layered cake given by FRONTROW Owners Sam Verzosa and Raymond Francisco during the unforgettable Always JaDine concert.
Lustre, who put on a stellar performance despite feeling a bit under the weather during the concert day, pumped up the audience with song and dance numbers including Selena Gomez’s Hands to Myself. Indeed, the energy of the fans did not cease one bit when the couple performed individually onstage. How could that happen with amazing visuals and song selections which include Lustre’s ultra-hot video mapping number? You got to give it to JaDine as Lustre shared “VIVA helped a lot in making our previous concert, JaDine in Love. This time we got very hands on with the music and everything, even the visuals.” It really is no wonder that audiences felt the sincerity of each moment during the concert. Especially when Nadine sang The Chainsmoker’s Paris. The background video later on revealed that this song is very close to her heart because it brings back memories of her Paris tour with Reid in the previous year.
And, of course, even more exhilaration filled the room when the couple performed the main tracks from their phenomenal soap operas – On the Wings of Love and ‘Till I Met You. Need I say “kilig pa” more? What I’m sure of is that together with thousands of audiences, FRONTROW President Raymond Francisco (recently awarded Best Actor for FRONTROW Entertainment’s first movie venture: Bhoy Intsik) was absolutely thrilled with JaDine’s performance and the successful outcome of the show. “First of all, I would like to thank our audience and FRONTROW members here at UAE for being awesome and making this show a success. Since we at FRONTROW are in the business of changing people’s lives, it was our primary purpose to touch people’s hearts in the UAE. To bring them close to home. To make people feel young all over again. James and Nadine did just that, which makes us at FRONTROW feel that we have accomplished our mission… as we look forward to our next production”, gratefully stated Francisco.
Does this leave you wondering what’s next for FRONTROW Entertainment? After the box office movie award of “Bhoy Intsik” and incredible outcome of “Always JaDine” I am sure you will not want to miss out on the next.
